Diana Wohlstein, DMD

Dr. Diana Wohlstein is a highly experienced and compassionate dentist who is committed to deliver long-lasting, high-quality dental care. Known for her thoughtful, patient-centered approach, she creates a welcoming and comfortable environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their treatment decisions. Her philosophy centers on honesty, precision, and treating every patient as an individual — not just a case.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Dr. Wohlstein discovered her passion for dentistry at a young age. She earned her dental degree from the prestigious Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1987, graduating at the top of her class among 90 students. Driven by a desire to provide a higher level of care, she completed a postgraduate degree in Prosthodontics in 1990. After relocating to the United States, Dr. Wohlstein continued her dental training. She completed a Fellowship in Dental Implants and successfully completed her dental degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston in 1996. This advanced education allows her to offer comprehensive, modern solutions in restorative and implant dentistry, always with a conservative and detail-oriented approach.

Dr. Wohlstein later moved to South Florida, where she took ownership of Sawgrass Dental Center in Sunrise, Florida. Her dedication to patient care and clinical excellence quickly made the practice a trusted name in the community. In 2013, she expanded her services to Aventura, Florida, further extending her commitment to providing high-quality dentistry to patients across the region. Patients appreciate Dr. Wohlstein’s meticulous attention to detail, gentle touch, and her ability to clearly explain treatment options in a calm, reassuring way. To her, dentistry is more than a profession; it is a way to improve quality of life by restoring comfort, function, and confidence.

Outside the office, Dr. Wohlstein values family, community, and lifelong learning. She takes pride in serving diverse communities throughout Sunrise and Aventura, and remains dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements in dental care to ensure her patients receive the best possible outcomes.
